Introduction

The G&G CM RK47 is one of the most affordable and reliable AEG's on the market and with this guide it is like shooting fish in a barrel to dissemble also.

Start by pressing the top cover retainer button and lifting the top cover off of the gun.

Start by pressing the top cover servant push and lifting the top embrace off of the gun.

Pull the thin black rod away from the top cover button and swing it outwards.

Remove the small spiral from the plastic receiver cover using a #0 Phillips screwdriver.

Lift the plastic receiver encompass from the receiver and remove it.
Slide the top cover retainer button out of its groove and remove it.

Remove the four screws on the underside of the receiver with a 2mm hex commuter.
Pull the barrel assembly out of the receiver.

Remove the two motor mount screws with a 2mm hex driver.

Remove the selector gear screw with a 2mm hex driver as shown.

Lift the tabs on the small black cap behind the trigger, and and then remove the cap.
Pull the wires out from nether the tabs on the spring plate that runs along the top of the gearbox.
Advisedly remove the spring plate past tapping it gently with a plastic hammer until it slides off the front of the gearbox.

Remove the four remaining gearbox screws with a 2mm hex driver.
Hold down the cylinder with your thumb while prying the gearbox apart from the top.
Equally yous remove the right half of the gearbox, be sure to hold down the cylinder, piston, and spring assembly so that they exercise not pop out under tension.
Also continue a shut eye out for any gear shims that may dislodge themselves every bit you are taking the gearbox apart.

Slowly lift the bound guide out of the gearbox along with the piston spring.
Remove the entire piston and cylinder assembly with the tappet plate, tappet plate jump, and air nozzle.
Remove the trigger assembly and lift upwards the wire harness, unhooking the trigger plunger spring in the process.

Pull the trigger plunger out of the wire harness.
Remove the three gears and the anti-reversal latch. Be careful non to misplace any of the shims or bushings, or the anti-reversal latch spring.

The RK47 is now fully disassembled.
